Kmml PG 800 Titanium Dioxide Powder

KMML PG‑800 (Kemox RC 800 PG) Titanium Dioxide Powder is a premium-grade rutile TiO₂ pigment from KMML’s KEMOX lineup, produced via the chloride process. It features alumina surface treatment, offering low oil absorption (≈17.5 g/100 g) and high tint strength, making it especially well-suited for plastics and masterbatch applications . Typical properties include ≈95.6 % TiO₂, 99 %+ rutile content, bulk density ≈ 0.87 g/cc, pH around 6.0, average particle size ~0.31 µm, and very low grit (<0.2 %)  This combination ensures excellent dispersion, low abrasivity, and a cool bluish-white hue, making PG‑800 ideal for high-dispersion, blue-white plastic films, PVC sheets, rubber flooring, and mother batches.
